We want you to taste the wheat flavor directly, so we encourage you to take your first bite of tsukemen with just the noodles! We offer a variety of soups, including the standard soup made by simmering pork bones for a long time and adding soup stock made from dried sardines, as well as thick, garlic, spicy, and thick shrimp soups. In addition, we also offer mazesoba, Chinese soba, and rice. Beer is also available, so you can enjoy a glass of beer while you eat.
