We’ve prepared a special drink for you again this summer.
It’s called “Scallop-Infused Kelp Broth Tsukemen” (1,200 yen).

Our First Commitment: The Noodles
We combine carefully extracted kombu broth with supple, smooth-textured flat, thin noodles.

Part 2: "Soup"
The dipping sauce features the rich umami of scallops as its main flavor, finished with a cold soy sauce broth infused with dried sardines, kelp, and shiitake mushrooms.

Part 3: Toppings
In addition, the rare char siu, tororo konbu, sudachi, and flower buds each add their own distinct aroma and umami,
You can enjoy a variety of flavors in a single cup.

First, enjoy it as is; next, try it with rock salt; and finally, try it with sudachi or tororo konbu.

You can also add marinated tomatoes if you like!
